IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Yes, return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Any exchanges will be sent back to you FREE of charge. Please note that we require notification of items being returned within 5 days of purchase and receipt of the garment in original unworn condition within 14days.

CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO The Designer Bank?

Yes, you can return your online order to The Designer Bank. 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

if you are wanting to exchange or get a refund of your item the please let us know within 5 days of purchase and have back to us within 14 days.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Yes The Designer Bank does accept returns on SALE items that are purchased online. Sorry in store  SALE purchases are final. Online SALE returns - please let us know within 5 days and have back to us within 14days. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

If you are purchasing anything from our website and you live outside of New Zealand please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by The Designer Bank. If these taxes are imposed, the approximate delivery time may be affected.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has left us you will receive an e-mail with a tracking reference.
