Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

New Zealand

All orders are shipped using Post Haste or NZ Couriers

Free shipping when you spend $250 and over
Shipping $10 for orders under $250

Australia

$50 for delivery Australia wide, tracked through NZ Post. Please allow up to 14 days for your delivery.

International

Please contact us by email thedesignerbankwinton@gmail.com in the first instance and we will endeavor to ship your items. Please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and incur charges. The Designer Bank is not liable for any of the charges incurred.

RETURNS

Please note the following conditions apply:

Your satisfaction is important to us so if for any reason you are not happy with your full priced item we will refund or exchange as advised by you. Please advise us within 5 working days that a garment is being returned and return to us within 14 days.
SALE purchases are Final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All items must be in the original condition, un-used, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging in place.

Process for Returning or Exchanging a full priced garment.

Please email thedesignerbankwinton@gmail.com to notify us that you are returning an item. Please provide us with your name, order number and date of purchase as a reference.
