SHIPPING
Our aim is to get your purchase away to you on the same business day where possible.
New Zealand
- Free shipping when you spend $250 and over
- Shipping $10 for orders under $250
Australia
- $50 for delivery Australia wide, tracked through NZ Post.
Rest of the world
Please contact us by email thedesignerbankwinton@gmail.com in the first instance and we will endeavour to ship your items.
New Zealand orders will be shipped by Post Haste, NZ Couriers or NZ Post. Where possible we will ship overnight but please allow 2-4 working days.
Australian orders will be shipped by NZ Post. Please allow 3-14 working days for delivery.
International orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and incur charges. Also note that The Designer Bank is not liable for any of the charges incurred.
RETURNS
Please note the following conditions apply:
- Your satisfaction is important to us so if for any reason you are not happy with your item we will refund or exchange as advised by you. Please advise us within 5 working days that a garment is being returned and return to us within 14 days.
- We will exchange or refund SALE items that are purchased online. Please let us know within 5 days that the garment is being returned and return to us within 14 days.
- SALE purchases instore are final.
- If you need to swap sizes or colours please email us as soon as you can so we can confirm availability of the replacement garment.
- If you are returning a garment please notify us by email thedesignerbankwinton@gmail.com within 5 days from the date of purchase.
- Items need to be sent via a track-and-trace method. The Designer Bank will take no responsibility for items lost in the returning process.
- The customer has to cover the shipping cost to return the garment and The Designer Bank will pay the return shipping costs.
- All items must be in the original condition, un-used, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging in place.
Process for Returning or Exchanging an Item
- Email thedesignerbankwinton@gmail.com to notify us that you are returning an item. Please provide us with your name, order number and date of purchase as a reference.
