Our aim is to get your purchase away to you on the same business day where possible.
New Zealand
Free shipping when you spend up to $100.00
Shipping $6 for orders $100.00 and over
Australia
$40 for delivery Australia wide, tracked through NZ Post.
Rest of the world

When we receive your order we'll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.
This will contain an invoice number of the item and its cost.
We will also email you your tracking number and all details once the item has been dispatched.
New Zealand orders will be shipped by Post Haste, NZ Couriers or NZ Post. Where possible we will ship overnight but please allow 2-4 working days.
International orders will be shipped by either DHL or NZ Post. Please allow 3-14 working days for delivery.
International orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and incur charges. Also note that The Designer Bank is not liable for any of the charges incurred.
RETURNS
Please note the following conditions apply:
- Your satisfaction is important to us so if for any reason you are not happy with your item we will refund or exchange as advised by you.
- If the item is faulty we will repair, replace or refund if necessary (including shipping) as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- If you need to swap sizes or colors please email us first so we can confirm availability of the replacement garment.
- You need to notify thedesignerbankwinton@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of purchase in NZ or 14 days if International.
- Items need to be sent via a track-and-trace method. The Designer Bank will take no responsibility for items lost in the returning process.
- The customer has to cover the shipping cost on returning or exchanging items.
- All items must be in the original condition, un-used, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging in place.
Process for Returning or Exchanging an Item
- Email thedesignerbankwinton@gmail.com to notify us that you are returning an item. Please provide us with your name, order number and date of purchase as a reference.
